Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
SignRise retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, technology, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your documents and content while granting us necessary rights to provide our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We provide the service "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignRise from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you may download your data for a period of 30 days. We may terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
